Refund policy
At Ratna Riwaz, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your ethnic jewellery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
- Our Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within 5 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below and you must notify us within this window.
- Eligibility for Returns
For an item to be accepted for return, it must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original Packaging: It must be returned in the original packaging, including the box, tags, and protective inserts.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Non-Damage: The item must not show any signs of damage, tampering, or excessive wear. Jewellery that appears worn, resized, or altered will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged. Please note the following exclusions:
- Final Sale/Clearance Items: Items purchased during a “Final Sale” or “Clearance” event are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- The Return Process
Please follow these steps to successfully return your product:
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization
Before shipping anything back, you must contact us at ratnariwazindia@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
Step 2: Wait for Confirmation
We will review your request and, if approved, provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an RA number will not be accepted.
Step 3: Package and Ship
Securely package the item, preferably in its original shipping box. Write the RA number clearly on the outside of the package. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- Refunds (If Applicable)
Inspection and Approval
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to confirm that we have received your item. We will then notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.
Processing the Refund
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Delayed or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at ratnariwazindia@gmail.com.
- Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different color or size, please contact us at ratnariwazindia@gmail.com. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
The replaced product will be delivered within 7-10 business days
- Shipping Costs
- Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Our Error: If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received the wrong item or a damaged product), we will provide a pre-paid return label or reimburse the shipping costs.
